How our booking process works

  • Step 1:  Request a quote! Tell us about your event by completing our booking form. (It’s ok if you don’t know all the details yet, just give us an idea of what you’re planning so we can provide you with an accurate quote.)

  • Step 2:  Accept the quote. We'll make sure we are available on the day of your requested booking, then email you a quote. The quote you’ll receive works like an order form—you can build your package by selecting your preferred options directly on the quote. Once you’ve customized your package to your liking, click “Accept Quote” at the bottom of the page.

  • Step 3:  Review and sign the contract. Along with the quote, we’ll share our contract with you. Please be sure to review it to ensure all of the details are correct—time, date, event location, etc. Another important thing to review on the contract is the space and electrical requirements we’ll need! Once you’ve reviewed it, please type your name at the bottom of the page to sign the contract.

  • Step 3:  Submit the deposit. After we receive your accepted quote and signed contract, you’ll be directed to our invoice page. We generally require at least 50% of the total balance at the time of booking to finalize your reservation. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the event. If you’re interested in setting up a different payment plan, just ask! Please follow the prompts on the invoice page in order to submit your deposit.
